I have an short ebook that needs to be formatted in Adobe InDesign

- Elements that need to be formatted include the table of contents, headers, footers, chapter pages, and section headings
- The table of contents, headers, footers, chapter pages, and section headings should follow the formatting found in this ebook: http://d.pr/f/r1qH+
- Fonts to use: Impact for the headings, Helvetica for everything else.
- For font sizes: make the sizes similar to what is being used in this pdf http://d.pr/f/r1qH+
