Recipe Book

I have the design, the recipes.
I will have a cover, bio, intro, recipes, quotes on one side, about 30-40 recipes,and some other pages
I need the following
1- put book together - must read like a book via email to my clients
2-need image of book (looking like a hard cover book) for promo
3-the ability to give the book to me with 10 recipes first and then continue so I can give a teaser out
4-I would need good contact with someone who speaks and understands english well (as I don't speak an other languages unfortunately)
5- To want to continue adding to the book with me after this job as another paid job - I will expand on the book!
I will supply you with everything I just need you to put it together and design it as per the sample style I have made a screen shot of - I like this style!
