Re-make pictures, change text and edit children book

Hello;
I am looking for an expert designer to give some important tweaks to my children's book. leaving the book ready to be printed in mass. the book contains 216 pages of activities for pre-K .

-the main character of the book is Toby <- (a puppy that is shown didactically to children how to do their homework.

instructions:
* page with a red dot on the left, means that the image or images needs to be re-created, or changed by others similar to the subject that is being learned and those need to be in high resolution.

* page with a green dot at the top left, means that in those pages needs to be change the text that are in a red box with crossed lines... changing it by the new text that is above or below the same sentence in red letters. you have to give it type of font and size according to the topic of the children book.

* page with a red and green dot at the top left, means that the images have to be changed to high resolution and the text must also be changed giving it font and size.

* Some Toby pictures are in bad resolution or need to edit those because they have errors.

Results:

* I need the images to be in high resolution CMYK format.

*I need the book be in optimal conditions to be printed in mass, in an offset printer.

* I need you provide to me the fixed files in Adobe Illustrator (AI) format and in PDF without errors.


NOTE:
* I will provide the PDF with the pages that need to be changed and a file in (AI) that has the measurements and the format of the book to be printed.
