Proposal/brochure design

I'm looking for someone to design another proposal for me. The one I like is attached, and I'd be looking at the same level of professionalism and high quality.

I need it quickly, though- do you have the capacity for a quick turnaround?

I'm pitching this to a company called Rathbones so you may need to find relevant information and suitable images online and suitable images for the proposal.

It's roughly 16-page doc and looking and my budget is around £100. Please let me know ASAP.
