Print ready brochure design / layout

I require a new service brochure for our health services organisation. Expectation is designer can take some inspiration from our website presentation and we can provide the 1st DRAFT source written material in order to create an initial draft which would then be sent to me to further amend and bespoke the content then designer finalises and issues as a final brochure. NOTE: this brochure must be laid out so it will meet hardcopy printer to requirements as we intend to suites as an electronic PDF for clients as well as printed hardcopies.

I have included a source version to enable 1st draft can be created for speed. Same replicated and commonly available stock graphics are not to be used. Our web is www.hawkeshealth.com which provides some design steer.
