Newsletter Designer

Hello,

I am looking for the following:

a designer to take the newsletter I have produced and make it look fantastic, it's aimed at accountants so it needs to be serious, but also cool. the newsletter will be printed on A3 folded and/or sent to people in PDF.

I also want a one-page email type template as well, basically a cut down version where the articles have a brief bit and then a link to my website.

I've attached what I have done and an article I have written (c) so you can get the feel of the text.

I use Serif Page Plus X3 for the hardcopy/pdf and Frontpage for the html, the work you produce must be editable in these programs without any nasty uncompatibilities.

I think ideally the newsletter should be black and white/grey

I refer to it as newsletter but its more of a guide/course
