New Magazine - inputting Content and provide template options

I require someone to utilise a magazine template (or provide me with template choice) I have and input written information (articles in a suitable place) along with sourcing appropriate image or using one provided. Once magazine is completed convert so it is online and flickable. This is a quarterly magazine and the first of its kind. So needs to have enticing design to encourage readers. This is an ongoing project so if good will get ongoing work. Magazine needs to be ready by 17th December
