Need E-book cover design (idea is ready), spine and back ASAP

Hi I’m looking for a designer to do my e-book cover Design, spine & back for weight loss book.

I have created the main idea already. I have the stock image, and an example of what I like. Now I need a good designers touch to make it look amazing. I also need a spine and back to complement the design.

I need it ASAP. Less than 24 hours. 12 hours if possible. My last designer went AWOL so catching up on lost time.

All the information is in the document. I need the cover to look very professional and eye catching. Look forward to working with you.
