Multi platform eBook from existing hard copy publication

Information for the business: Children's charity
Design details: I have a hard copy publication that I would like to be transferred into a multi-platform ebook - available on Kindle, iBook or Nook for example.

The content is divided into approx 20 sections, including tick box content at the end of each section, various tables, graphs and charts. The total content is 76 pages plus 4pp cover. The existing artwork is compatible with Adobe InDesign CS5.

The design already exists, this is a formatting task, which I hope can be completed within a 2 week timescale, but please do outline any potential challenges faced or any further questions. I've attached some example pages for info
