Load my print ready book to Lulu, to make into an ebook

Design details: We are looking to work with UK based person. Please start your proposal with the place you work from, what experience you have using Lulu and how much time you have available to be able to work on this project.

We can supply the layout of the book with images, we need to ensure that the book looks nice, Is nicely spaced and makes sense. The content wording should not change but common sense with the layout to make sure that it looks good. Page numbers can be removed or changed if this helps with the flow of the book.

We haven't done this before so we need an expert to help us to make sure that the book looks good and that all details are retained.
