I want the next edition of my magazine designed

Information for the business: We publish a FREE lifestyle magazine
Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Design details: I have a magazine that was designed early this year and it was really good. I want to follow the same template layout but I require a reasonable upgrade of the hair and beauty section of the publication.

The designer who did the last edition is quite talented but very pricey, but he interpreted my ideas without me having to pull my hair off. I simply require the same quality of work without the hefty price tag.

I was charged £375 (because the template was being created from scratch). Now I want to keep most of the template, but completely layout and overhaul the hair and beauty magazine section (which is an insert in the main magazine - this is where the main work will be)

My target is to not pay above £240, no matter what.
Number of pages needed: 32
Ideas for the visual style: contemporary
Extra notes: Communication and timing is key for me. I would rather work with an individual than a company with several designers, etc as too much information gets lost in the process.
