I want a non fiction book template in Indesign

I want a non fiction book template in Indesign - it might not be what you are prepared to do but I want is to edit in Indesign because the content is not finalised yet and I need to see what I need to edit out - it might be as many as 200 - 300 pages

The interiror of the book would have:

A contents page(s)
Chapters
Headings and sub headings
within the chapters there would be text, sometimes images (at some point certain photos would need to be sorted so that the optimum resolution is achieved - I think you can do this using photoshop which I don't have or know how to use) and some pull out boxes highlight quotes or certain information. These are the basics needed

I would populate it myself with the content - edit it in Indesign until I have a final draft - this may then need a further expertise from you to optimise the layout.

Ultimately I would be selling hard copies and ebooks (maybe on Amazon).

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
