I NEED A MAGAZINE

I am on a tight schedule. I need a magazine constructed in Word. Once proofed, I need the magazine converted to a pdf magazine. all the material is provided for you. I need something "stunning and professional." I need this ASAP.... a few hours. The size of pictures need to be adjusted as well.

It was initially done in publisher, the platform does not support publisher. I had to convert it to PDF. I need the embedded links to work. $150 is the budget . There will be a $50 bonus for getting it done in 3 hours.
