I need a football programme designed

Design details: I need a 24 page football programme template designed. It needs to be editable PDF format and I will supply some photos and artwork if necessary.

Extra notes: They already have a programme but it's looking a little tired. So far this season, I've gone with the old design but now I want to change a lot about it. I envisage the person who takes the challenge on would only need 2-3 hours, In design or Publisher to create something. I will send you via email the artwork you need, the rest would need your imagination.
