I need 26 Qualification Specifications designed

ICM are an Awarding Organisation in South England. We offer 26 professional qualifications internationally. Currently our Qualification Specifications are designed in Word documents that we convert into PDFs to send to our schools who deliver our qualifications (please see the attached image of the first 3 pages of our current Qualification Specifications with the ICM logo as an example). As you can see there is no design at all, it is just a blank word document with our logo on the top left. We would like you to design a new qualification specification style which consists of a front and back cover, and a matching style throughout the contents.

I have attached some examples from a quick google search of AQA and Edexcels (two big awarding organisations in the UK) Qualification Specification front covers and contents page. These are just 2 examples of thousands that are out there which you could research. We would like something not too extravagant but not as plain as our current design. We would like to see a few different designs/styles suggested by you. More information will be available after you send a proposal.
