Guide book

I am looking for a professional to guide me in creating a comprehensive guide book for restaurants, walks, and drinks. The guide book should be designed to provide comprehensive information about various restaurants, walking trails, and drinking establishments in a specific location or region. The guide book already includes detailed descriptions of each establishment, but it doesn't look professional. I would need to either completely change the design and make it stylish, selling, promote, or create a new one but use information that is already inserted.

The guide book should be visually appealing and easy to navigate, with clear headings and subheadings to help readers find the information they need quickly. I am open to either re-designing an existing guide book or creating a new one from scratch.
