Graphic design for pregnancy journal

Looking to work with a designer to get my pregnancy journal ready. I cannot format it until I know how much room the graphics will take. Each page will need a border. This only needs designed once. Then I need another design for the 3 trimesters. This only needs designed once with the number changed. Then I need a design of the word week, only needs designed once with the numbers changed. A few other pages will need the words designed so basically the exact same design again, but different words. Lastly will need a picture box in the middle of the border. I can provide examples of everything. So basically I need a killer border and a graphic that can be placed around changing words.
