Formatting an ebook that's currently a double-page .mobi into a single page .mobi

Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: I already have the .mobi file of a 190 page book, but it's formatted as a double-page spread (left and right-hand pages in view at the same time), i.e. like a printed book. However, this has made the font very small on certain electronic devices. I need to alter this to a single-page-at-a-time view/spread. I have the single-page view PDF it's been created from, if it's easier to start from scratch.
