Format & Publish ebook and design covers for both e and print versions

Hello - I am looking for a versatile lateral thinking freelancer ideally who is well used to formatting an already edited book doc, formatting with an eye for white space and typeface, ensuring clickable links in the resources section, and a fantastic cover to pique the interest of successful women in business (an image chosen but open to your ideas.)
