Food Journal (Meal Planner) Note Book

Hi ,

I would like you to please design a food planner. I have the photos of the idea and what I would like to do. The front cover would require a design and then 5 pages need to be created of the planner - similar to a diary pages. I have the photos of almost what I require.

Please let me know how much it is going to cost me and when this can be delivered and if I will be able to make minor amendment like changing sentence or words by myself ?

Please also let me know a way to send you all the files as I am unable to upload all the files.
