EBook & Print book publishing (KDP Publishing)

I'm looking for a longterm relationship with an assistant who is able to help me format my various books for KDP/Amazon Publishing. I'm NOT looking for an elaborated designer who typesets my work into a graphic design tool. I'm searching for somebody who can unify/harmonize my word document so it looks professionally formatted. Your task involves the following:

- Create a (clickable) table of content
- align the spaces between the headlines/subheadlines
- unify the looks/typo of the different headline hierarchies (differentiate them from each other)
- set the right typo, font size and line spacing
- include page numbers (for print only)
- adapt ebook formatting for print formatting (incl. the adaptation for the right margins)
- insert images in a way they fit print and ebook format requirments
- other small formatting tasks
