Ebook de-formatting

So, I've got an ebook

I want to turn it into a printed book, so this one is absolutely not suitable, because it has too much formatting, it's a wrong size and it has too much linking.

So, the passages will be:

- de-formatting
- put it in a 16,5 x 23,5 format
- make it good for further modification (editable from us file)

after this passage, we will modify the text to have it 100% correct

then (second part), we give it back to you and you make it printable.
