Document formatted as E-book

I need a document formatted. It is 12 pages now. I think I would like it to be:
• full line justified
• aligned to the left with no indentions
• hard page breaks after each recipe (5 total recipes)
• new recipe to start each page if possible, but not to sacrifice the integrity of font being so small it's hard to read; if not possible, ingredients and instructions on one page, picture on another
Can be persuaded to other formatting if it looks great and is easily read in .pdf form.

I would like final document returned in both .pdf and Microsoft Word form.

I have cover graphic I would like attached in final copy.

Please tell me how soon you can get it completed.
