Designer to finalize Indesign Layout PDF & ePub w/ videos

I am finishing up typesetting of a 100 pg literary anthology for export to interactive PDF and ePub that includes 6 short videos and under 50 total poems, short stories, images, and videos. All of the layout work is done and Author and Title info are set in paragraph styles to make the TOC creation automatic and TOC layout easy.

I need someone to:
Get the video embeds right so that the PDF export and ePub have videos that play.
Do a layout of the Table of Contents and make it a linked TOC.

I'm looking for a freelancer that can turn around the project quickly. It's a fairly simple gig for someone with the experience and I don't imagine it will take more than an hour or two.
