Design Book Interior for print

We are a small independent publishing company in Bristol. Needing someone who knows what they're doign to prepare a picture type book manuscript currently in MS Publisher for print. Currently 91 pages including 6 blanks. Some experience of Hobby/DIY type publications would be useful. 153 Colour images, 23 B&W images, minimal text. Design template and typesetting required. Would like delivery early May if possible.
