Charity walk for action for kids & Masonic charities

I am doing a charity walk for action for kids who help children & young people towards independance by mobility equipment, learning, training and support, also Masonic charities. I will be walking the Assynt Mountains which involves Ben More Assynt & Conival(10.5 miles,1265m), Quinag (808m, 8 miles) & finally Suilven (834m, 12 miles) over 3 days. I am looking for a poster design, I will also like the just giving info on the poster along with the QR reader on the poster that takes you to the web link.
