Book design

A book celebrating 150 years to a Jewish community needs designing – layout + cover - using text (RTF – estim. 50,000 words) and illustrations we provide, in an Octavo size or similar.
Table of Contents and index must be auto-generated and updated.
Since some Hebrew characters are involved, designer must have Middle Eastern edition of InDesign or equivalent which can support and display such text.
Deliverable must be in the form of preflighted, print-ready electronic artwork.
