Adobe InDesign Expert Needed!

We need an InDesign expert who knows how to use paragraph styles and knows a way to format text in a special way.

We have text which contains numbers like this: 31/32/33/34/35 cm

We need each number to follow a colour sequence - like the attached image. Is there a way this can be set up in a script or style? We need to apply this to a lot of text and do not want to manually have to change the colours.

Help is needed tonight to work on formatting this text.
