Spinning Logo

I'm writing to seek help with a logo project. We are about to start recording online panel conversations which will be videos uploaded to YouTube. I'd like to start each video with our logo as an animation spinning around on a white background in mp4 format if possible? If it spins for about 10 secs, we can then fade this into the actual recorded panel conversation.

At the end of the panel conversation, we would also like to fade out to the image of our organisation map but we would like to add some contact details to the existing map.

The finished product we are looking for is an animation mp4 clip with our logo spinning that we can place before the panel video and then a jpeg of the map with contact details to fade out to at the end.
