Simple Website Annimation

You will see a stick figure character holding a sign. I would like him to walk across the bottom of the page, showing off that sign. He can stop at the opposite side of the page. We may need multiple versions of the animation with different messages so an easy way to change the message and regenerate the animation would certainly capture my attention.

Please provide work samples and note that the lowest qualified bid will be favoured.
