Simple Animation

Can you tell me how much you would charge for the following:

3D FBX model with animation of arms only. Arms start at side with smart phone (android or iphone model) in left hand.

The arms should be textured and realistic - (make human arms or similar)

Animation 1 - Lift right hand to view phone chest level

Attached is a depiction of what the model might look like.
Animation 2 - Lift right hand to view phone and eye level
Animation 3 - From Chest level move phone to eye level

Model with animation should import into Unity3D
