Simple 2D line icon motion graphics

Looking for help for some simple line motiongraphics on top of a draft video for a desktop app (individual project). Attached compressed pdf shows outline of the frames. most of the actions are [appear/disappear] [line growth] and [linear movement].

I found icons on noun project but they are in png format and vary in line weight/style. If you have a personal or company icon library please refer to those instead of creating new ones to save time. No colour or 3D effect required.

Can send the draft video via email through proposals. Must be able to start soon with 1-2 days turnaround time .
