Short animation cartoon style

I need a short animation (approx 10-20 sec) to show a product (welding machine) being "pimped" with new torch and becoming refreshed and desirable to work with. A sort of popping effect where its suddenly transforms and a welder walking over to it picking up the torch and looking very happy. This is an idea and also welcome to other ideas.

The point is that the new torch upgrade makes the thing feel new again and I may depending on cost put a couple of preceding scenes of a pimped car and another example to enforce the point of upgrading.
I'm open to different styles, but I have attached a scene from a comic we have previously done.

I would then fit this into a video I am doing about the advantages of the product, which could also be animated by yourself depending on costs, we can chat about that.
