Scrolling Website Animation In Photoshop

Hi,

I would like to create an animated post for social that shows my website homepage scrolling on a static image. Website is https://www.movementwithlauren.com/

Are you also able to do a little retouching of the image attached so the white wall is clean and everything just looks a little more polished?
