Professional Needed for a 2-D animated sizzle.

I'm looking for an 2-D animation studio for a short sizzle (5 min length), that I'm trying to put together. I have all the characters drawn already.

Everything is exported to PSD files. I need body, eyes, hands, facial expressions, extras walking around, background animation with backdrops as well. The audio for all 6 scenes has been recorded and is ready to be animated.

I also attached my key art of my characters. They have rough edge to the outline of them but that look is on purpose.
I want them to have their own style and tone.

I'd probably would like to start with doing one scene first (30 seconds) and see how it comes out before doing all of the scenes together. Just so I get a sense of the outcome and production.
