Production of 4 x small Animation (GIF)

We are looking for someone that can produce us 4 small animations (gif format), to use on our website.

We have the flats (sketch), and we know roughly how we want them to animate, we just need someone to prepare the files for us. This is a relatively fast turnaround job, we'd ideally need a first draft by Monday lunchtime.

Please note the animations are small, for example, one is a 'download' arrow which we need to bounce gently (see attachments) ...
The other is a pie chart which we need to animate it filling up to 60%.
