Powerpoint based animation video, with voiceover

I run a recruitment consultancy and daily I draw a one page complex diagram for candidates to explain how the market we represent works, whilst giving a running commentary and highlighting the skills required for success - it can make a huge difference to how candidates approach their interviews, but it's time consuming!

I would like to find an experienced powerpoint animator to produce a short presentation / video with me, which would include a voiceover,

I am based in London and would like ideally to produce the powerpoint presentation in one intensive session - this could potentially be remote, but ideally face to face.
