Photo animation needed - 2.5D -parallax effect

Design details: We are a video production company and need talented design/vfx people who can work with us on multiple projects in the long term. At the moment, we need 2 video shots (around 5 seconds each) created out of still photos of Morgan Freeman. Use parallax to create an illusion of realistic movement as done in the shots used in this reference video:

We need the resolution to be 1920 (H) x800 (V) pixels
The shots should appear as slowed down - slow motion.

We have attached here the two morgan freeman still photos that we need to animate to get two shots of around 5 seconds each. The background in both cases must be black or dark shades of grey. The backgrounds will need to be extended because they are not in the required width:Height ratio. The look-room should be on the right in bothcases with morgan on the left side of the frame. The photos must also be converted to black an white since we need monochromatic shots

We will need all source files for future use/modification if necessary.

There could be a combination of blinking of the eyes, movement of the hand, turning of the head, camera move, etc. But it must be realistic.
