Design details: Should be in the style of the link below:

The gif should be square and 300 x 300 pixels. It needs a thin black border and red writing for the countdown digits.
The animation obviously needs to last 5 minutes long in the countdown phase and then when the time gets to zero it needs to say "Call Now!" and stay on that.
