Mini Animations Using My Artwork

I am looking for someone creative who can help me create 2 mini animations for 2 new childrens t-shirt prints I'm releasing for the Spring. I would would like to create something fun that kids can engage with and that also grabs the attention of their parents.

1 - The Robot I'd like his eyes to rotate and maybe his mouth to move up and down (as if talking) with musical notes coming out
2 - The Boom I'd like to see pulsating or perhaps dropping out of the 'sky' and landing on the ground to show the boom element - maybe even cracking the ground at it lands

I'm happy for the backgrounds to be kept white for simplicity.
