Logo and Identity + cartoon animation

Design details: My new company is called Little Hippies.
I teach meditation to kids and train day care staff for a mindful lifestyle on the work floor.

I need a logo that apeals to both young and adult: not childish or comic or too bright colors. I teach adults as well.
It needs to be clean and simple, I have selected a font (check littlehippies.nl)
This needs to be adapted to my business Identity (for flyers, business cards,etc)

A representable Animation featuring on the home page

I am also looking for someone who is talented in animation for the following:
- Cards: I want to make show cards - that staff can use in their day care and school classes
- Story telling books to be told to the kids
- CD's for bedtime, dream adventure and relaxation story

Now this may seem like a milion dollar assignment, yet I am a starter and the business I am in is not a huge one, neighter is the day care industry. So please give me a resonable quote what the costs and time investment for you would be.

This is possibly a long term professional working relationship deal, I do not need all at once.
