Input footage into an animation template

Design details: I have a project that needs an animation intro at the start of 9 videos. The project is very simple, but I can't do it because of render power. I have a AE jigsaw template that I can send. All it needs is the video to be imported so it plays for about 7 secs before it goes into the specific video. I will also need the jigsaw tiles changing to 2 different colours. Can provide RGBs

I will need someone quick as the job needs to be out by end of play tomorrow.
