I need to animate our logo for YouTube intro Sting

I need to get our logo animated for a short sting video for our YouTube channel. I'd like to begin zoomed in on the lightbulb and heart, with the heart beating (ideally in time to the music). I'd like to then zoom out to show the whole logo with text (while keeping the heart beating). I'd like the first 8 to 10 seconds of the chosen music track over the sting, with the image and music fading out gently. I wasn't able to upload the song to this post, but can send directly to whoever takes on the job.
