I need clipart for my invitations

I would like clipart of similar poses as the attachments. However, I would like the image to look more like a particular person from a photo that I will send once a freelancer is selected. I would like background color for each image to be white. I would also like for each image to wear white clothing. Also, for each attachment I would like for the character to wear a graduation cap that looks like attachment 4. The caps can be black with a gold tassel on the left side. No specific time frame for the work to completed. May require revisions.
