Hi,
The requirements (or the usual suspects):
-Do you need a final character design or are you able to create one from a description?
-I have a soft script or idea. Can we work it out together?
-Do you provide audio for the videos?
Can you bring this character to live? She is very fashion conscious loves shoes and great hair (emphasis on hair). She has a lot of attitude, spunk, and sass. She is the lead character in a very mini animation web-series I am creating to promote my brand. There will be 3 more supporting characters which have to be developed. This file attached is just an example of what I'd like (NOTE: IT IS NOT THE CHARACTER JUST AN EXAMPLE). The character can 3d or 2d.
