I need an animated logo

I’m looking for a clean, mono (single-colour) animated logo based on the attached design for a community garden project called “offgrid Community.” The animation should feel organic and natural, like a plant growing. The stem should begin at the base and gradually extend upward over time, with branches forming as it grows. Leaves should then sprout and open out from the branches in a smooth, fluid motion, as if naturally unfolding. As the plant develops, the text “offgrid Community” should appear in sync with the growth - either fading in or subtly revealing alongside the stem as it reaches its final form.

The full animation should run for approximately 4–5 seconds and feel calm, minimal, and modern rather than overly complex. The final deliverable must be in Lottie (JSON) format for web use, sized to 400x240px with a transparent background, and optimised for smooth playback on a website.
