I need 3 seperate animated videos/presentation

Information for the business: we are a loft insulation sales team

Design details: i need 2 animated videos built that can be done us Go Animate and i need i animated presentation.

the first video is for advertising that will be on our website. We already have a video on the website with voiceovers recorded that shows the benefits of our product and the causes of bad insulation and the damage it can cause to the home as well the loss of heat through the loft which definitely increases the cost of the energy bills in the winter and also in the summer due to using fans and air con to cool the house down. i need the animations to move or at least have some kind of animations similar to movement and also if you watch the video on our site you will be able to get all information about the every part of my requirements except i would like to show a family in a house when it is really cold and maybe a bit of water leaking from the loft into a bucket in the living room and everyone wrapped up warm but still cold and then i would like it to refresh after one of our vans have come with a crew and sprayed the loft and cured the problem and saved the family by reducing their energy bills and warming the house up and at the same time keeping saving them lots of money.
This is probably the most difficult one out of the 3 so i will assign this one first and if the price is right and i am happy with the quality and creativity then i will have 2 more animation jobs and probably another 2 per month.
Target audience: people who are doing home improvements 45-75 year old
Ideas for the visual style: modern and not boring or basic. imaginative but very informative on what the problem is and how the product fixes this problem permanently
Things to avoid: low quality graphics and voiceovers and not too slow
