Grease Pencil Animations in Blender

I am looking for an animation artist to help me add animations to my videos using Blender (www.blender.org).

My (very new) YouTube channel is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJcOYT3_5m43V5568W6jDRw.

My initial plan is to add a short animated intro and outro.

Keys to being a good match with this project are:
- Enduring availability (I'm not looking for a one-and-done artist)
- Reasonable Speed (I've worked with plenty of people who take months to do work)
- Creative Patience (I'm not an artist and sometimes I need help converting my ideas to results)

If you are interested in what I need drawn, it will be a fat little rat with a paunch (I call him "the bureaucRAT", get it?). He has short little adventures that almost always end up with him on the losing end of things. I might have him pop into some of my videos to hold up signs or move things.
