Flash / Powerpoint multimedia presentation - under 5 mins

Hi

I was looking at getting a flash / powerpoint presentation made to demonstrate a business model to potential sellers.
Will be under 5 mins and will contain images that you will need to procure royalty free. You will need to add in text and also add VOICE ( free of royalties and of any other charges). Any voice is acceptable. ( Male or female ) but preferably with a native English/Scottish/ Welsh or American accent .

I will explain the concept by telephone and you can then gather ideas to create a first class presentation. Site visit is not required. A back up Power point presentation would be beneficial ( made very simple) in case clients computers cant run flash.
