Falling 3D letter background

I need an animator to convert my static mock-up into a looping background video that features falling 3D question marks (?).

Specs:
1. 1920x1080 transparent looping background layer with white (slightly 3D) question marks falling.
2. 1080x1920 - same as above

This is a good reference for the depth of the '?' and speed of movement, however, it would be in white and falling:
